Professional Membership is designed for practitioners who are actively working in the field of organizing and can provide proof of their professional training. In addition to all Basic membership benefits, this membership gives you the tools to consolidate your professional authority and stand out in the market.
To apply, you must simultaneously meet the following requirements:
– You have completed a training program organized by ACOP, or hold at least one certificate issued by an IFPOA member association
– You operate under a registered legal business entity (sole trader / PFA, SRL / LLC, or equivalent)

Official ACOP Digital Seal
Carry a mark of professionalism with you. You receive a personal, non-transferable digital seal, valid for one calendar year, which you can use on your website, email signature, business cards or promotional posts. A visible symbol of your membership in a recognised professional association.

The registration fee for new members is €205 (1075 RON), composed of:
– Annual membership fee: €180 (945 RON)
– Administrative fee: €25 (130 RON) (one-time, charged at registration only)
Validity: until December 31st of the current year
Pro-rata calculation for Mid-Year Registrations
To ensure fairness for all new members, the membership fee is calculated proportionally based on the remaining months until the end of the calendar year. Although the standard annual fee is €180 (equivalent to €15 per month), in your first year you will only pay for the months during which you actively benefit from your membership.
Calculation example:
If you choose to register in July, you will only pay for the 6 remaining months (July–December), resulting in a fee of €90.
Please note: Starting January 1st of the following year, the full annual fee of €180 will apply. Upon first registration, the one-time administrative fee of €25 is added to the total.
Renewal Period
The renewal window runs from November 1st to December 31st.
The renewal deadline is December 31st. After this date, membership will be automatically discontinued and the administrative fee of €25 will be charged again upon reactivation.
